Sheer Madness!
On a personal note, beware the perils of alcohol. A quiet drink with an old pal can quite easily turn nasty. Egged on by Dutch courage an emerging mid life crisis and a forgetful sense of my own mortality I have found myself agreeing to do a triathalon on 5th May this year! With hardly any time to prepare the date is looming large on the horizon! All that is required is a 750meter open water swim in a lake, 20 km bike ride and 5km run.
Just to say I may not be able to fulfil my wedding commitments after this date…and to all who knew me, I love you all.
